Police Custody
We offer a FREE 24 hour service to any person detained in police custody. PRHS has a Criminal Defence Franchise with the Legal Services Commission.

Magistrates Court and Crown Court
We represent people in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. If you have to attend a Magistrates Court for speeding under the "totting" provisions (accumulating 12 or more penalty points on your driving licence leading to discretionary disqualification) expert legal representation and advocacy is essential. Free Initial Interview
We offer a free initial interview service and we have been awarded a Criminal Defence Franchise by the Legal Services Commission. We act for clients who are financially eligible for public funding (Legal Aid). We also offer private representation.
